Meet Our Development Director

Stu Locke, BS in Accounting, CAPM     

Stu joined our firm on July 24, 2013 as our Project Manager for the B2B Network. He holds a B.S. in accounting.  He has a diverse background in software development, banking, accounting, small business ownership, church administration, and athletics.

He has also been heavily involved (both past and present) in volunteer activities for the Middletown Rotary Club, Middletown Area Senior Citizens Inc., American Heart Association, Abilities First Foundations, Butler County ESP, and the Kingdom Youth Foundation. Personally, he enjoys and is committed to his family, his church, and building relationships with friends.

Our clients are encouraged to provide detailed proposals, including aims, activities, costs, timescales and deliverables. The quality of our service and the value of our support provide the only true basis for continuity. We always try to meet our client’s requirements and expect our clients to provide the same to each inquiry for service. Our services are free to our clients and we require no formal contracts for services provided.

Fees and Services
Our b2b network services are totally free to our clients. To join the network you must provide services to other businesses or advocate a charity in your line of work. (Example: a restaurant might advocate Shared Harvest Food Bank) We do require that our clients provide competitive fees for what they provide, which is high quality, tailored, specialized services. We require our clients to propose solutions which accommodate their customer(s) available budgets and timescales. Wherever possible, our clients agree their fees and basis of charges are provided clearly in advance, so that customers can plan reliably for what lies ahead, and how it’s to be achieved and financially justified.

We expect that the aim of our clients is to be as flexible as possible in the way that their services are charged. Some customers may prefer fixed project fees, others are happier with retainers, and we try to fit in with what will be the best for the consumer. We expect that payment for service provided be prompt and made within terms agreed upon in the contract signed.

Intellectual Property and Moral Rights
We retain the moral rights in, and ownership of, all intellectual property that we create unless agreed otherwise in advance with our clients. In return, we respect the moral and intellectual copyright vested in our clients’ intellectual property.

Quality Assurance
We maintain the quality of what we do through constant ongoing review with our clients, of all aims, activities, outcomes and the cost-effectiveness of every activity. We encourage regular review meetings to provide regular progress reports. This consultancy has been accredited under a number of quality assurance schemes. Further details are available on request.

We conduct all of our activities professionally and with integrity. We take great care to be completely objective in our judgment and any recommendations that we give so that issues are never influenced by anything other than the best and proper interests of our clients.
